Zoo Crew

Join the Zoo Crew!
Is Zoo Crew right for you? Zoo Crew is the Roger Williams Park Zoo, teen volunteer program. Teens that are in 8th-12th grade(which includes those that are currently in 7th grade, but will be going into 8th grade after summer), have three different opportunities to help the Zoo. The first opportunity is called Zoo Crew Teacher. Zoo Crew Teachers share information about the Zoo and special topics that are really important to the Zoo. The second opportunity is helping out our camp counselors with all the excitement of Zoo Camp. After the first summer of Zoo Crew, all Zoo Crew members can apply to be a Junior Keeper and work alongside our animal keepers (please note that this has limited availability). And even once the busy season winds down, Zoo Crew members can still participate in activities such as service projects and field trips throughout the year
